With this release of FirmPlus, we are introducing Month-End Performance Reporting, along with Report File Size Reduction, and a few Improvements as well. Check out the details below to learn more.

New Report Section
Month-End Performance Report
This highly requested feature is available as an “Advanced Analytics” report section in the Investment Monitoring Report. This report section can be useful for you to show your client more recent performance data during meetings that may occur later in the quarter or in the first few days of the quarter, prior to quarterly data being released.
Key Attributes:
- Performance data within the Month-End Performance Summary will update each month throughout the quarter.
- This report section was designed using the standard Performance Summary currently in use in the Investment Monitoring report.
- This optional report section can be included within the Investment Monitoring Report just as other available report sections.
Please note: Month-end data will typically be made available around the 8th business day of the following month. For quarter-end months, the Month-end data will be the same as quarter-end data.
Firmplus Improvements
Report PDF File Size Reduction
Another highly requested improvement is now available for all generated reports in Firmplus. File compression has been introduced into the report generation process making report files sizes more manageable for you and your clients.
Report Collation Improvements
Some slight changes to the collation process improve readability and usability of the Firmplus report output.
- Page numbering has been modified so that the “printed” page numbers in the report footer will not match the displayed page number in your PDF viewer
- Page numbers and Data “As of Date” font sizes have been increased in the report footer for better visibility
- Pass/Fail and Fund Status colors have been maid slightly “brighter” to improve contrast and readability within the report
Navigation Improvements
Modifications to navigation has streamlined the user experience when a change to the “Use Score Weighting” setting is required.
- When using the “Change Score Weighting” link from the Evaluation Criteria screen, a user will now be returned directly back to the plan from the Plan Info screen when using the back-arrow navigation
- Users will no longer have to return to the Plan Management screen and research for the desired plan
